Biography
Juliette Salme is a doctoral student in anthropology at the University of Liège, within the Laboratoire d'Anthropologie Sociale et Culturelle. Her thesis focuses on the practices and knowledge associated with the production of biomaterials, in particular those made from mushroom mycelium, in the fields of design, architecture and amateur science (DIY biology/mycology). She is particularly interested in questions of perception, sensoriality and affect.
