Biography
I hold a PhD in Social Anthropology from Université Paris Cité, and my research explores the intersections between migration phenomena and policies, and the socio-anthropology of international aid and public action. My earlier work focused on the migratory experiences of Iraqi populations labelled as ¿religious minorities¿, and then on international, national, and local responses to refugee flows and internal displacement in Cameroon. As a member of the MigrantsInCourt project, I am now examining the daily practices of federal administrations responsible for implementing migration policies in Belgium.
